Storyline Test Mode Question

Hi everyone! We are creating a simulation exam of our software using Storyline's test mode. The purpose of this is to test our learner's application knowledge of our platform. 

We will be essentially testing them on their "clicks". Can you click on the right buttons/areas to complete a workflow? 

Instead of having the slide graded when the learner clicks on the screen, we're having them click on the screen then click the "submit" button on the player. This is to avoid them accidentally clicking the screen and getting it marked incorrect. Our concern is that this is very clunky. Learners are having to click twice on a slide to proceed. 

I'd love any suggestions/tips on the best way to streamline this 🙏
