Full Screen Video does not Work

Hello Heroes!

 

Please watch the video I have attached to understand my problem. I don't know why full screen works perfectly fine before I upload the .zip cours to the customers website. I can click on the full screen in the Storyline preview and in Rise 360 Preview. But not for the website I uploaded it to. 

 

Does anyone knows what could help?

    it looks like your course is embedded as an iframe in the LMS website, then "allowfullscreen" has to be added to the iframe tag on the LMS Website

    <iframe src=" ... /story.html" allowFullScreen ></iframe>
