Hi Tired_Jilly​,

Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with AI Audio in Storyline.

We have this behavior logged as a bug in AI Assistant. This bug causes different accents to be generated when using the V3 model of AI Audio. We're seeing this bug in both Rise and Storyline.

I've linked this discussion to the bug report that's being tracked, so we can notify you as soon as we have updates to share. As a workaround, we suggest using the V2 model, where this issue cannot be observed.

    Hi, I'm having the same issue throughout. random audio files will be super long and have random words and sentences in them, even though the script doesn't contain them. Any update on this or what we can do as a work around?

      I’m happy to help!

      When producing AI audio, the v3 model is expressive and has a wide emotional range, although, we recommend using the Multilingual v2 model for the most reliable results. 

      Can you please give the Multilingual v2 model a try to see if that makes a difference? You can adjust this setting by opening the AI text-to-speech window, selecting Advanced settings, then changing the model to v2.
