HELP - Email text entry valdiation doesn't work

Hello everyone,

I've been trying for a while now to implement in my course email validation for a text entry (to make sure users write a correct email format before proceeding to the next slide). However, I do not seem to get it right. Can anyone take a look at the file and tell me what I did wrong and why it is not working? I tried multiple ways, but none worked. (in the file there are 2 different attempts/scenes with different triggers)
