How do i add an Accessible Launch Page in Storyline 360?

Has anyone performed this action? Can this be done in Storyline (and how?) or is this done by html coding?

It sounds to me like this article is talking about adding a launch page to an e-learning module and that the launch page is accessible.
To add a launch page in Storyline, go to Player>Other>Browser Settings and check the box marked "Launch player in new window (creates launch page)"
