How to publish a course to an external user
Hi fellow Articulates, I am in a free trial right now and need to determine if I can share a published course simply as a URL web address to an external user, without having to use Articulate membership and the reach 360 LMS. I've tried to share a published link but the end user was prompted to login. I wonder if this was just because I am in a trial and not full subscription.
We currently do not have LMS software so I understand we will not have trackability of completion, but I still want viewing access to add to our Intranet for company user access.
Is this possible? Thanks!
If you publish for the web, those files can be uploaded to any web server. Give folks the URL to the index.html file. That will launch the course.
