How to re-enable the "next" button after the state of all buttons are visited

In the module I'm working on, there are certain slides in which I would like to disable the "next" button until all interactions on the slide are in a visited/completed state. I searched for answers everywhere but the only answer I found somewhat helpful was from here:  https://articulate.com/support/article/how-to-temporarily-disable-or-hide-navigation-buttons

I didn't exactly follow the example because I also need the learners to select the x button on all three layers first before the state of the next button is normal.

Can anybody help? I've attached a screenshot of the slide & object triggers.

Thanks.

  • If they have a visited states add a trigger to your X button to change the state of next to normal on condition that all your buttons are listed.

  • Fantastic. Thank you! I added the triggers to the X buttons and now it works. Just sharing the screenshot in case someone needs help with a similar issue in the future.

  • What Mr. Mayor said. I did similar with a button here instead of the next button.
