How to tell slide type?

I have an older course (storyline 360) that was a collaboration. I am trying to identify if a drag & drop was built using the quiz freeform feature. I cannot find anything that identifies the slide as a quiz or graded question. Is there a way to view this information?

    If it was built using the freeform quiz feature, above the pane on the right hand side, it will have two tabs, Form View  and Slide View.

    If it is a graded quiz, it will also have a submit trigger. If it is a recorded grade it will be connected to a Result slide..
