in a trial but not in a trial
Hi There, I always use Rise 360 in my browser. I have tried to sign in today and it thinks I am in a trial and I am not although I have had a trial with a previous ID. I have signed out again and again after reading a previous solution still showing I am in a trial, I don't understand why it is doing that can you advise?

I checked the email address connected with your community profile, and I do see it set up as a trial. Are you part of a paid subscription? Do you have another email address that may have been used to set up your paid subscription?
