Inconsistent behaviour when publishing to Review

Hi all. I keep getting inconsistencies in a project published to Review.

I have triggers to pause a video at various places but the video will randomly pause either side of different triggered spots - just by parts of a second, but it matters. The pauses also work differently across browsers and still randomly inconsistent.

Any suggestions as to why this (very frustrating) behaviour?
