This is also something we're currently looking into for a project at my company. Please add my vote to the list for this feature! :)

  • Ad my vote too.  We are working with online learning and offline workshops. I would like to let the laerner upload there offline work to the e-learning.

Hi Articulate team, any update on this? indeed this feature will add a bigger value to UX and I would like feature too

  • Hi Ali,

I appreciate your plus one and added insight for the ability of a learner to upload an image! While we acknowledge this feature has been requested for years now, the impact and benefit it would bring to the majority of users are key factors we take into account. You can read more about our process here.

We don’t have currently have plans for this feature in our roadmap, but we’ll remain active in our tracking of this request and be sure to update this discussion if anything changes!
  • Add my vote to this.  This would a huge benefit for my organization.  It literally just came up in a development meeting hence the reason i came here looking for a solution.

  • I would like this too. It seems strange that Articulate would acknowledge it as a popular request but not have a plan to implement it into their software...maybe it is just way more difficult to build than I imagine.

  • Read the post from Ren again. It doesn't say it is a popular request, only that it has been around a long time. You're right, it would be very difficult to implement, and I don't they are going to get their undies in a knot over maybe 25 requests. It takes several hundred, maybe thousands to make the cut of affecting enough users to be worth creating. Sorry, it would be cool, but I think you need an ipad to do something like that. Even then, I see users creating projects from scratch (like a PowerPoint, maybe even with a template), rather than fitting an upload into a completed project.
