Insert Slides from Powerpoint - Timeout?
I'm attempting to import 2 powerpoint slides into Articulate 360 with no success. As a process I've done quite a few times, I've never had this issue.
Once the slides are selected to import; the "Import Slides" dialogue box appears and begins to import, however progress stops (see attached) and the circle continues to spin. I cannot cancel or close the dialogue box, they highlight when hovered or clicked but do not function. The file then corrupts when closed out.
Any suggestions? I convert a PDF to PPT then import; again, no issues in the past.

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.
Can I ask if your PowerPoint file is saved to a directory on your computer when you import it? Note that having the PowerPoint file saved on a network drive can cause the import process to fail, especially if there's some latency in the connection.
If your files are all saved locally, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can test to see what's causing the import process to freeze. We'll delete it when we're done!
