Interactive form with specific outputs?
Hello!
I want to build an interactive form that has outputs based on the user selects.
For each question, the user would have multiple choice answers. Based on each user’s answers, the form should give a tailored output with specific messages and calculate a total score.
Can I do this with Articulate? Does it support conditional logic and scoring workflows? If so, can you direct me to the documentation or settings for creating this type of form?
Thank you!

You could use variables to track a user's responses, and then use triggers with conditions to tailor the feedback.
Here are some resources:

Could I make an interactive form or will it appear as slides?

You can use Storyline in conjunction with a fillable PDF. The process is a bit involved but there are numerous discussions on this topic here in the forum. You gather the variable values in Storyline and pass them to a PDF form you create with the same variable names. The result is that the user has a printable form populated with the variable values you gather and summarize in the Storyline project.
This isn't exactly what you're looking for but it should give you some ideas:
