We are happy to troubleshoot this issue with you! It sounds like the course is stopping at random times when viewing a slide and also returning to the very first slide. Does this happen with all slides in the project or just one? Also, are the reviewers using Safari or Chrome?
If you can provide the Review 360 link, I'm happy to test it on my end.
