I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with the background displaying as grey instead of white. I'm happy to help troubleshoot and have a few clarifying questions to start.
How are you publishing your course?
- If you're publishing to an LMS, have you tried testing your course in SCORM Cloud? If the course works properly in SCORM cloud, we suggest reaching out to your LMS. If it doesn’t work, we can take a look at it!
- Alternatively, if you publish the course to Review 360 or for web distribution, does the background color display correctly as it does in preview mode?
