Issue: GIFs won't play if any formatting applied
After inserting GIFs into my story, they will not play if I apply cropping or an image shape. The Preview loading time when attempting this is also excruciatingly long (10-20x longer than normal) or...
Having the same issue - my Gif will not play - Storyline is treating it like a static image. Not sure what I am doing wrong. File size is only 33KB. I have inserted as picture - clicked preview - but it does nothing.
