Update: I checked all requirements with the local IT and they cannot fix it.

Sorry to hear you ran into this issue.
If importing PowerPoint files used to work for you but now no longer does, try repairing your Storyline 360 installation to fix the issue. If the issue persists, reach out to your IT team and have them repair Microsoft Office as an additional troubleshooting step.
