Issue with Rise package failing to load in Moodle

Im currently struggling to get a rise course (1.2, 2004 -2nd 3rd 4th) to completely load in Moodle. 
The outside frame of the package loads with the grey nav arrows at the bottom but none of the content loads.
Ive found that by right mouse and selecting reload iframe, the entire course loads but each new visit to the course, the same issue comes up again.

Ive run the course through scormcloud (no issue there) and even created a dispatch that was loaded into moodle and there was no issue with that. A moodlecloud site also worked without issue as well. I sent the file to articulate support who confirmed there I nothing wrong with the package.

Has anyone had this problem?

Our moodle host (wisenet) is unable to replicate the issue and we are really left without many options at the moment (without going down the dispatch road which will cost us the premium tier for scormcloud).
