Issue with score sent to LMS - Storyline 360
I included a final assessment at the end of a module on Storyline 360.
It seems there is a discrepancy between the score displayed in the module (results slide) and the score sent to our LMS (Successfactor).
For example, if you obtain a score of 88% on the results slide, the score that appears in the LMS is 71%. If you obtain the score of 82%, the score that appears is 65%.
I have checked the Storyline file but I didn't find the issue.
Could you please help me?

Hi,
You may wish to try changing some of your settings and uploading to the LMS to see if that fixes the discrepancy.
- You might want to try publishing with SCORM 2004, 4th edition if you can
- You might want to try choosing Passed/Incomplete in your publishing settings
I concur with KendalRasnake-1 - Use Passed/Incomplete for your publishing settings. That should resolve the problem.
