Issue with the last Storyline 360 update
Hi E-learning Heroes,
Since the last update, I encountered an issue with the storyline Triggers window. It doesn’t display the triggers after 5 to 10 minutes. The triggers only appear again once we close and reopen the file. Additionally, when you switch slides, it shows the triggers from the previously visited slide.
Furthermore, if we choose to downgrade, the update files are not accessible in the old version.

I imported all the slides of the story file I was working in, into a new empty story file and haven't had the problem with the trigger panel anymore. Make sure the slide size is the same before you import the slides.

SORRY! Importing the slides in a new empty Story file did NOT solve the problem. It is back again... alive and kicking and I keep on saving + closing + opening my Storyfile. It is quite large so it takes about 2 minutes... doing it 30 times a day is an hour wasted...

Saving + closing + re-opening the storyfile is not enough. I have to exit and restart Storyline as well...

Hi VanessaFage,
Refer to the screenshot below for the message that explained why the file couldn't be opened.
Hi Saumitrajoshi,
Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. This behavior is caused by a bug in the latest Storyline 360 version, and our product team is actively investigating it. I opened a support case on your behalf to get you in touch with our support engineers, who can fix your project file for you. Please keep an eye out for an email from them!

Do we know when this fix will be put in place. It is really hampering my ability to program. The others issue is even when I uncheck "hide base layer" so that I can see the base layer, the base layer doesn't show.
Hi Saumitrajoshi, you mention that if you choose to downgrade, the files are not accessible in an earlier version. When this occurs, do you recall if a message was displayed that explained why the file can't be opened?

Yes, exit Storyline and reopen the file. This is the current approach I am utilizing. However, I find this process to be quite frustrating, as it disrupts my focus. Articulate needs to address this issue promptly.

More or less same issue here. After working in Storyline for a while I see triggers from a previous visited and edited slide in the trigger panel. The way to get rid of them is saving the file, exit Storyline and open the file again in a restarted Storyline.
