Knowledge Check: Retry after the correct is displayed
Hello Ashley, I also use knowledge checks in my Rise lessons. I understand that it reveals immediate feedback with the correct answer. However, at the same time, it offers the retry option. I had a lot of feedback from the learners that it does not make sense after they already saw what correct answer is. Is there anything that could be done? Can I disable retry option?
Thank you for your support

Hi, +1 for me too, and can we also have the option to control where to place the submit button?
Perhaps, at the end of the knowledge check
Cheers!

hi, this looks interesting can anyone share a sample source file of knowledge check questions where retry option is coming
Hi Khaja. The folks in this discussion are talking about this Take Again option that shows at the bottom of a knowledge check question even if answered correctly:
You can test this out using a knowledge check block in your own Rise courses. We don't have an update about removing that option right now. We'll share here if anything changes.

Hi Articulate,
It seems this still has not been fixed.
It seems it is a lack of logic in the system backend to say, if the answer = correct, do not show try again.
Any ideas when this will be fixed as a lot of learners find it odd.

Hi Kris! Thanks for your interest in this feature, we'll update this thread if we have news to share!

I am echoing that this is quite ridiculous that this very basic feature request has not been addressed. This item alone make RISE unusable for a number of my clients.

I understand that there is no solution at this time, but has anyone come up with a workaround. Also, following for updates... since I won't be able to utilize Rise for a course because of this. This non-option leads to much confusion among users.

We have edited this label to say "Retry (optional)".

Hi Karl,
That makes sense.
Thanks!

Since I am stuck with the system, I usually make shorter quizzes. 5-10 questions max. I make sure each quiz question has multiple attempts so that they can get it right before they move on to the next. This way, even though a lot of time is wasted at least I do not get negative feedback due to the lack of the very necessary option that should be there.

I second this feature please and note that this thread is 3 years old. I give the same feedback whether the answer was right or wrong so I need the facility to disable the try again button.
Please can this be looked at?

Agreed, it’s a wee bit shocking that this hasn’t been fixed yet, it’s surely an easy win for the developers?!

Has there been any development on this at all? As everyone has commented, it's completely illogical to show the answers and also the try again button (even if you relabel it) - and not have the option to turn either off. It makes the knowledge check questions look very clunky in Rise 360.
Bearing in mind this thread is 3 years old, is there genuinely any plan to make this simple change?

It looks like Articulate has a lot of employees who are there just to respond to my requests with "This option is not available" or " At this point there is no update".

Hello is there any update on this?

Hello, are there any updates on the option to remove this from the knowledge check? This would be a GREAT option from my personal perspective.
