Lag when published
Hello,
Since the last update, I'm facing a new issue. It seems that my modules start to lag once published, especially when objects are moving on the slide (Arrow with and entering animation, markers with entering animations). It lags on IE and Chrome as well. It lags on review too.
Does anyone else met this problem? Do you have any insight to avoid these lagging issues?
Have a nice day,

I am experiencing the same issue in IE as that is the preferred browser for our LMS. I did the same thing and recreated the file via import with the same result in IE. I am also working with support on this matter.
Hi Marek,
I'm glad that Alena was able to pop in and share an update with you here.
The issue she's referring to is specific to interactions containing a slider and objects set in motion paths. Is this your current setup as well?
With your permission, I'd like you to share your project file with our support engineers to investigate what's happening if you're running into a different issue. You can share it privately by uploading it here. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.
Hello, Bérengère. Thanks for letting us know what's going on.
I'd love for our team to test your Review 360 link so we can try and recreate the lag on our side.
Would you be willing to share that link with us? You can send it along right here. Thanks in advance!

Hi Alyssa and thank you for the quick answer!
I submitted a case. I cannot share the reviewing link nor the .story file here.
I work and publish locally and copy paste my files on the server on a daily basis.

For anyone facing this issue : Articulate support advised me to recreate a new file and import my project in it before republishing.
It is still lagging a bit on IE but it's now good on Chrome.
Thank you for your help,
Thanks for letting us know you were able to work with support and I appreciate you popping back in to share the solution :)

Well… it's not a solution since it still lags on IE and the support wasn't able to explain this behaviour but it's a bit better. :)
I understand. I see that you are still working with support as well, so I've added this comment as well in case you'd like to dig in a bit further.
Hi there, Crystal. Thanks so much for working through this with Michael. You're in the best of hands, and we'll do all we can to get this sorted out.

Hi Crystal,
Good to know I'm not alone. Please, keep me informed if your issue is solved! Good luck.

The temporary fix is to roll my Storyline version back to the March 21st version so that I can publish this course. The lag isn't there in that version. Michael is looking into why and what to do moving forward. I will keep you posted.
Thanks for popping in with the current status, Crystal :)
