Layers and backgrounds being weird since Mar. 2025 Storyline Update?

This behavior certainly sounds odd and not expected. It also seems inconsistent. Does it happen across multiple files or one specific file? If it's one file, I'd try importing your slides into a new Storyline project. If it's happening across all files, you can try Storyline repair. If you have the bandwidth, it'd be helpful to see a screen recording of some of these issues or a copy of the file so we can take a closer look!
