Lightbox no longer appears after adding conditions

I have created a module with three scenes. The first two scenes have hotspots the user must click on to open the corresponding layer. After all the layers are visited, a lightbox slide is set to appear. Everything was working with the lightbox, except it was appearing BEFORE the last layer was visited. When the user selected the final hotspot, the lightbox appeared before showing the layer.

I changed my triggers to state the lightbox should appear after all hotspots were visited, with the condition that all "close layer" buttons on each layer were also visited. My variables still work to move my character across the motion path on the title slide when the user selects Next, but the lightbox does not appear. Any recommendations that I might try to resolve?
