Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing with your project during preview and publish.
This is an issue that our team is aware of specific to:
- A lightbox comes out blank when launched the second/succeeding time
- It is most prevalent if the lightbox trigger has the "Show Navigation Controls" checkbox selected
