LMS Tracking issue with Storyline 360 quiz in RISE

Essentially I'd like to package everything up through RISE, so there's the Storyline layer, then the RISE layer then the scorm produced through RISE can be deployed to an LMS. (I don't want to have to adjust any LMS settings, just upload the scorm and done).  If there was an option available in RISE > Publish > LMS > Tracking > Storyline Block > "YOUR STORYLINE Quiz NAME" plus a second option, which is the same option that's available to the RISE quiz (Passed/incomplete... etc) this would this not solve the issue? The learner score and learner attempts can be passed to RISE via the Storyline quiz then onto the LMS. Once the passmark was achieved the LMS would then mark the course as complete. I might of course be simplifying the whole scenario...
