Locked by Another Process
When I try to open my file I get a message stating " File is locked by another process" How can I fix this? I even rebooted and got the same results.
Hello,
I can't get into my working Storyline file (stored on my company's server) because it says it is locked by another process. It was opening fine last week. I've tried making a copy and opening it, to no avail. Can someone help troubleshoot this?
