Logging in repeatedly

Hi,

For some reason I am having to log into my account every single day. Despite selecting 'remember me,' I am still being prompted to log in daily. Is there an issue causing this? This constant need to log in is becoming quite annoying. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

    Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. 

    Are you seeing yourself being logged out of the Articulate 360 Desktop App, or is this happening to browser-based applications such as Rise 360 and Review 360? If your organization hasn't configured its network to allow Articulate 360 applications to work properly, please ask your IT team to add the following endpoints to the configuration. This might help prevent your log-in sessions from being terminated.

    If the behavior is isolated to the Articulate 360 Desktop App, please follow the steps in this article to remove all Articulate 360 files and registry keys from your computer so we can start completely fresh. Then, please let me know if the issue has been fixed. I want to make sure we get you up and running as quickly as possible.
