Looking for various ways to have the Next button appear AFTER all other buttons clicked

Hi Everyone,

I'm rather new to Articulate and I'm most definitely still a beginner but I wanted to ask if anyone has any other methods or ways to have the Next button appear AFTER all others are clicked?

Method 1) Using Visted States - I find this only works with buttons.
Method 2) Creating Variables with True/False - I find this only works for layers.

Is their other ways to making this happen in Storyline?

I have links to multiple MP4 videos on my slides and I want the learner to watch all of these really short software stimulations before proceeding to the next section of the content in the module.
