Make block format / style quicker please! So many clicks...

In my opinion the Format and Style menus should appear as soon as we select a new block like seen in my image. 

Also super useful if we could select our default block type, so we don't have to select style and format EVERY SINGLE time we add a new block.

For example, I use lists with small bullet indent every single time, and text with  long content width.
