Making animated text more accessible

Thanks SamHill I'm trying to make this as universally accessible as possible so I agree that much of this may be unnecessary. Can you say more about "including audio narration with a description track as well"- I'm not sure I understand.
I like the idea of treating these slides like video, since there are also slides with questions and exercises that do require interaction. Currently I'm using the notes tab as a "transcript" in the sidebar and providing a downloadable pdf of all the text. Since they're not videos with a .vtt, are there any recommendations around formatting the sidebar or pdf text for consuming visually and/or with tech, and getting learners around the player (for more animated slides) and into the content (for more interactive slides) in a way that's enjoyable and not confusing?
