I am using Storyline to create elearning, and I have a slide that is for review purposes...if desired only...but keeps showing that users have not completed the training if they don't review it.
Is there a way to make this slide optional and not count toward LMS tracking?

It sounds like you're tracking by slides viewed. If one slide is optional, just change the Reporting and Tracking Options so the number of required slides is one less than the total number.
