mandatory layer content

Hello,

we are looking for a way to make layer content mandatory to look at.

This would be in an existing project with many objects that work like pop-ups containing additional content.

It matters because there is a minimum time to spend in the course that learners don't meet because they tend to skip most of the layers.

Working with triggers for every single object would take a lot of time. Is there an easier, more elegant way?
