How do you get the "Step" label removed in the Process Block for Rise 360?
Hi,
I am trying to delete the "step" or "rationale" label that is at the top of the process block. Does anyone know where I can do this?

It seems that this is no longer possible after the update. Can anyone help how to get rid of the "step" in a Rise Process activity? I was able to do so until last week, but as of today it did not work anymore as I don't see these settings anymore.

You can edit the labels globally: It's under SETTINGS > LABELS > Process. You can add a space for labels so it doesn't show anything.
Until today's update, I'd been editing the step label through the settings page, which is gone now, so the labels can only be set for all instances.
This is problematic. We use process interactions for different reasons. Having them all with the same step label isn't going to work for us when we need it to say different things in one project.
If Articulate is monitoring this conversation - please bring back the ability to edit step labels at the interaction/block level and not just project-wide.

I would like to know how to remove the numbers, as I'm using the block to present product features, in no particular order. I'd also like to utilize the Summary card for a third feature. I've seen the Carousel block recommended as an alternative to the Process block, but I'd like to give the image and text equal billing, as well as using the record feature.

You can edit or remove the word Step, but you cannot remove the number.

Theresa! Agreed. Rarely, do I use this interaction for steps. Not being able to change the name of the heading there is silly.
I also agree that not being able to remove the number is problematic and will prevent me from using this Interaction.

Not sure if it's clear from my original comments on this thread but Eric could you please add my vote to that feature request. I run into this issue all the time and this block would be so much more useful with some added options for customizing it. Thanks.
