Markers look different in View

Hey,

I am currently in the process of creating a WBT for our training courses. In order to implement our design guidelines, I need to adjust the check markers for this. In the edit file, I have now also implemented everything according to our guidelines, but when I display/publish the project in the preview, the original check marker is displayed (with the red shadow, which is actually removed in the states).

Do you guys possibly have a tip for me on this? Thanks a lot!

It would help to see a screenshot of what you are seeing...Absent that -

The "Preview" function within the program will display what is on the (selected) slide(s). The "Publish" function will generate an output package that contains the entire course (or selected scenes/slides). So your statement that "when [you] display/publish...in the preview" is really giving two different situations.

I suggest that you publish the scene to HTML, using a temp directory as your output location (for example: C:\temp\SecurityAcademyStoryTests\) and then open the published package using a browser (just click on the HTML file in the output). Verify that you are not seeing the desired behavior (check markers showing / hidden correctly.

Then send a screenshot or two of what you do see and perhaps someone in the community can offer better guidance.

    Good luck!

  • Thank you very much for your reply! I will attach a few slides from our presentation - in the first slide you can see the problem. I've tried to view it in the preview and publish it - unfortunately the problem didn't vanish.

      Hi Securtiy Acadamy!

I see that you've already opened a support case. Great call! It looks like my colleague Mcgem has picked it up. You're in excellent hands working one on one with him and should be hearing from him shortly!

We'll continue this conversation over in your support case.
