Migration to EU server
Hello RypkeProcee,
Thanks for reaching out regarding the EU Data Center. I have opened a support case on your behalf. One of our talented support engineers will email you shortly.
I have the same problem. My ticket is #01150901 and at first Articulate staff did not even said I had a subscription (?) and then said it was impossible to move content to EU even though I know it can be done.
Can you provide me with some extra guidelines here? And why is there not a migration service for this. There must be several customers in EU that would prefer EU servers.

Great move on opening a support case!
I see that you've been working with my teammate, Luiza. I can confirm that we do not support data transfers between different regional data centers (EU & US). I do understand this may feel restrictive, and we're tracking a feature request to introduce this functionality. I've included your voice in the report!
We'll be sure to notify you if this enhancement makes it to our product roadmap.

Hi Gustav, I have mailed several times with the support desk and they told mo now that they escalated this case #01138379.
I trust that the articulate team wil provide a solution so we can share content between a us-server and a eu-server.
I think they will keep us posted on this subject.

Yes let's hope that. Or at least make it possible to migrate from one data center to another. All my customers are in EU and now I can't share content with them.
