Migration to EU server
I have the same problem. My ticket is #01150901 and at first Articulate staff did not even said I had a subscription (?) and then said it was impossible to move content to EU even though I know it can be done.
Can you provide me with some extra guidelines here? And why is there not a migration service for this. There must be several customers in EU that would prefer EU servers.
Hi GustafSylvin!
Great move on opening a support case!
I see that you've been working with my teammate, Luiza. I can confirm that we do not support data transfers between different regional data centers (EU & US). I do understand this may feel restrictive, and we're tracking a feature request to introduce this functionality. I've included your voice in the report!
We'll be sure to notify you if this enhancement makes it to our product roadmap.

Workaround for moving Rise content from US to EU
I made a small browser-based tool to help recreate Rise 360 courses from the US environment in the EU environment.
Publish your original Rise course as a Web ZIP.
Open Rise Magic Migrator:
https://rise-magic-migrator.vercel.app
Drop the ZIP into the app. Everything is processed locally in your browser — your course content is not uploaded anywhere.
Download the generated Word files.
In your EU Rise course, use AI Assistant → Magic Lesson Import to import the Word files one lesson at a time.
It’s not a perfect 1:1 migration, so check the lessons after importing — Magic Lesson Import may interpret some blocks differently.
