Hi Amber,
When you upload any image to Rise, the image will be processed and optimized. That process may cause the image palette to shift, causing a difference between the original Hex Color and the version in Rise.
To avoid image processing, rename your image source to include _NOPROCESS_ in the name, and reupload to Rise.
For example, car.png will become car_NOPROCESS_.png
