Too many email notifications from Review 360: How can reviewers turn it off?
My SMEs are begging me to stop the email flood. Can they control what they receive, or can I filter it somehow? Do they first need to be able to log in? What is the solution?

Hi JenniferBaldwin,
I'm happy to help!
By default, you'll receive email notifications for Review 360 comments that mention you by @name as well as replies to your comments. If users don't wish to receive these emails, they can mute or turn off project notifications. Here's how:
- Sign in to Articulate 360 and open the project you want to follow or mute.
- Click the More ellipsis (...) in the upper right corner and choose Project Notifications.
3. Choose Mute project to receive no email notifications on that project or Your Activity to receive email notifications when someone replies to your comments or mentions you by @name.
4. Click outside the notification settings menu to close it.
Alternatively, if they wanted to change the frequency of the email notifications from hourly to daily, they can follow these instructions. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.

But my reviewer doesn't see those options. Did you see my question above about logging in? What do I need to do to enable them to do so?
Hi JenniferBaldwin!
Glad to see Kelly has been helping you! Happy to jump in here!
I understand you're referring to individuals who do not have an Articulate account. Reviewers can comment without an Articulate ID, but they'll need to create one in order to log in and change the frequency of e-mail notifications. However, we are tracking a feature request to allow non-Articulate ID stakeholders to manage notifications for Review 360 items. I'll include your voice in the request!
We'll be sure to notify you if this enhancement makes it to our product roadmap.

How do my reviewers create an Articulate account just to log in, or is that possible? I cannot seem to get to the bottom of this.
Yes, that feature is important. My reviewers are weary of the emails.
