Multi Checkboxes

Hey Guys,

i am currently trying to create a slide in which it should be possible to check one option for every column(see attachment). E.g. one option in the column for"Lebensbereich" but also in "Verhaltensbewertung" should stay checked.
The problem however is, that it seems like there is no possible way to keep more than one option checked at the same time.
Does anyone know how to solve this?
