Multiple languages for voice (video)
What are the options available for me to transfer my powerpoint (English) into other languages video (elearning content). I know we can use the powerpoint in English to create elearning in English. ...
The text-to-speech feature is a nice touch for generating quick VO and closed captions. However, it doesn't seem to actually translate text I enter in English into any other language I choose from the dropdown menu. Instead, the VO contains that cultures accent when speaking in English. Does that sound correct? Am I missing anything?

Yes, that is the expected behavior. Just to clarify, the text-to-speech feature isn't a translation service. It outputs audio files based directly from the text that is entered. For example, if I were trying to add French voiceover audio to my course, I'd enter French text into the text-to-speech feature and select a French voice. Conversely, if I enter English text using the same voice configuration, I'd hear English text in the resulting audio but with a French sounding accent.
