New In Review 360: Share Link Permissions
Review 360 lets you quickly share your content and gather feedback from shareholders, but some projects need extra protection from prying eyes. That’s why we’re adding new safeguards for your most valuable content. Boost the security of your Review 360 content in three easy steps:
- Ensure that each stakeholder you want to include in the review process has an Articulate ID (They can create a free account here if they don't have one already.) Their Articulate ID will be used to verify their identity.
- Make share links private by selecting Only invited users from the Item Access drop-down list.
- Add your reviewers' email addresses under the People with Access field and save the changes.
Once you’ve completed those steps, anyone who tries to use the link you shared to view the item must sign in with their Articulate ID. Only users you’ve selected will be able to view it, keeping your content safe from unwanted access.
So, how does this work with team folders and Request Review? Team members who have Editor permissions for the folder containing the Review 360 item you want reviewed are automatically added. If the item is in the Team root directory, you'll see the Everyone in Your Organization group in the share settings.
Although you can add reviewers without Articulate IDs via request review, only those with accounts are included automatically. Those without Articulate IDs must create a free account using the same reviewer email address to gain Viewer access.
