Hi Karen! Thanks for reaching out. Currently the Everyone group is the only one available, but we're exploring how to incorporate groups defined elsewhere as well.
You are able to add a set of users to a top level team folder and then all nested folders and courses added underneath will automatically receive those permissions when created or moved into the folder.

Hi Michael, that's helpful and could work for us. But I'll be really excited when having various groups based on the groups we have in our subscription becomes available!
