    I have some great news to share! We just released another update for Storyline 360. In Update 100, we’ve included essential fixes and new features. One of the new features we’ve included is:

     

    Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer to take advantage of this update, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.

Hi Chai,

Great question! I understand you would like to remove the transcript option from the player so your project is consistent. I’m happy to get some information for you about that!

You can go about this in one of two ways. You can reinstall the previous version (Build 3.73.30119.0) and publish the ten remaining courses or you can republish the ten courses in that latest version of Storyline 360 to take advantage of the new video transcript feature.

Here are the steps to reinstall an older version of Storyline 360.

1.  Open the Articulate 360 app.

2.  Click on the arrow next to Storyline 360.

3.  Click Other Versions.

4.  Click Install next to the version you would like to install.
