No option for embedding youtube video into Rise?

Hi Folks, 

I easily embedded videos from youtube into my Rise Courses at my old post as there were 3 options in editing the video after incorporating a multimedia block.

In this new job I am in, it only gives me the option to edit and upload mp4 files from my computer? What's going on? 

Rise can't seem to do as much as it 'could potentially do'

Is the IT service provider blocking updates somehow?
