I'm happy to hear you've tried the Request Review feature. I tested this on my end and received email notifications for new comments and updates on when the review was completed.
One thing to check is that your project notifications are set to All Activity.
- Sign in to Articulate 360 and open the project you want to follow or mute.
- Click the More ellipsis (...) in the upper right corner and choose Project Notifications
- Choose a notification setting

I am having the same issue. My project notifications have been set to All Activity.

Thanks for reaching out!
If you have your notifications properly configured, please get in touch with your IT team so they can check if you are receiving all emails from the articulate.com domain. One troubleshooting step they can do is to add a rule that allows all emails coming from @articulate.com to reach your inbox without being flagged.
If this doesn't help, please open a case with our support team here so we can investigate further.
