Thank you for sharing what you are currently experiencing. I did not see a support case for you, so I wanted to pop in and help.
You mention that the project is on a secure server. Do you want to edit the file, or is this the published output that is no longer performing as expected?
- Edit the file: As Richard mentioned, you will need access to the .story project file. You'll want to download the file and work with it on your local machine vs. the server.
