I am currently experiencing an issue where the Rise PDF export of my courses keep showing an error. It´s been a few days now and I´m unable to export PDF files.
The message is: Something went wrong. There was an error publishing your course. Please try again.
Can anyone help?
Hi, I'm from Barbara's team and we carried out some more tests and found an error message in the console in the Chrome browser, see in attachments.
Tests we perform:
-publish to another user
-publish a copy
-publish in mozilla
-publish in incognito mode
