Permanently unlock sections for users

Articulate Rise 360 uses Continue blocks to control learner progress, and these blocks can be configured to require completion of specific content before unlocking the next section. However, once a learner completes the course, Rise treats any re-entry as a new attempt, which resets the progress and re-locks previously unlocked sections. Meaning they have to unlock everything again, instead of just being able to skip to the section they wanted to review.

Does anyone know of a way to allow sections to remain permanently unlocked after a course is completed or is this a feature which can be added?

It depends entirely on how you are delivering the Rise courses to your students what resume functions are available to students.

If you are delivering the Rise courses using Review, Share or publish for Web, then what you are describing is what students will experience (any re-entry is treated as a new attempt).

Rise courses are designed to be delivered within a LMS/LRS. As each student has an account that requires a login, their progress and bookmarking is saved to their account when they exit, and reloaded when they resume. Students will resume at the start of their last Lesson, and would not need to redo anything.
