Photo Download Error
I'm working in Storyline and it seems that many of the photos are unavailable for download. When I click on the photo I get the following error message:
"The selected illustrations were not downloaded successfully. Please check your connection to Articulate 360 and try again"
This has happened several times in the past week but this is the worse. I'm not able to download any photos/illustrations. I've logged out and gotten back in with no luck.
Any suggestions???

When searching for Content Library are you seeing an <!> icon or is it that they won't download and appear in your project? I'd look at ensuring that you've gone through the steps to enable the network endpoints and ports listed here.
